This temperature fluctuation creates ideal conditions for sap to flow within the Maple trees.
After the sap starts to flow within the Maple trees, our skilled farmers tap the trees carefully, ensuring no harm to the trees and environment, giving utmost respect to the mother nature, collecting the sap in a traditional bucket or using model tubing systems that gently draw the Sap to our processing facilities.
After collecting carefully in the bucket, the sap is then carefully boiled down under controlled conditions to concentrate its natural sweetness, resulting in pure maple syrup with its distinctive flavor and amber hue.
We also offer Maple water, a refreshing and hydrating beverage packed with electrolytes and a hint of natural sweetness.
When the processing of sap under controlled condition is done, our premium quality of maple syrup is then ready to pack. We then pack it in bottles of different sizes ranging from 250 ml to 1 Litre.
